Las
Palomas |
Restaurant Bar | |
Las Palomas Restaurant Many factors make this fabulous restaurant a success story. First and most important, its owner, Hortensia de la Fuente (aka Coca), and Paulina Valencia de la Fuente (Coca's daughter who is a fabulous young Mexican Chef). They both brought the traditional family recipes for mexican food to this magical place. Also Paulina has extended the menu with wonderful dishes she has created herself and that are delicate and innovative. The best Margaritas and Cosmopolitans in town are served here. The drinks and the plates are generous. All dishes are prepared individually when you order them to ensure freshness. We highly recommend Las Palomas, we are sure you won't regret it. Las Palomas can also cater to your home in Malinalco for special ocassions like weddings, baptisms, first communions, or just large lunch or dinner parties. Call Hortensia and she will quote everything you need. |
